We are seeking energetic Licensed Estheticians and/or Cosmetologists who are passionate about Revealing Beautiful Skin! European Wax Center-College Park is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Wax Specialists to join our team. As a Wax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality experience to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling smooth and confident. We are the experts in waxing and we're looking for dedicated beauty professionals who share our commitment to excellence! Responsibilities

• Providing all waxing services to EWC's guests.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests.
• Retaining guests through pre-booking.
• Educating guests on Strut 365 product portfolio.
• Adhering to the Reservation Book managed by the GS Associate.
• Creating a memorable experience for guests by being knowledgeable, friendly and adhering to EWC's protocols for servicing guests.

Qualifications

• Must be a beauty expert with an Esthetics or Cosmetology license.
• Must be presentable, friendly and reliable.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience. (Strong interpersonal skills is a must)
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• A team player with a positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
