We are currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Server to join our Dining Services team. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and independence. This position plays a key role in helping us maintain high standards of hospitality in a senior living environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests
• Ensure dining room is clean, orderly, and properly set before and after each meal
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
• Address resident questions and concerns with warmth, patience, and respect
• Support residents with special dietary needs or preferences
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with other dining-related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
