Nephrologist to join a well-established practice in Easton, MD.
UM Shore Medical Nephrologists provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans for our patients on Maryland's eastern shore. Our physicians and nurse practitioners have been recognized for their innovative patient service programs and for actively engaging in local outreach efforts to implement education programs that encourage early dete4ction and treatments of renal disease.
Job Specifics:
- Work Schedule: weekdays, rotating weekends, some holidays and on-call.
- Monday-Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 8am-3pm
- Hospital Call 1:4
- Inpatient and Outpatient services

Qualifications - Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
- Possesses and maintains current Board Certification within practicing specialty required
- Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
- Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility.
- Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
- Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.

Annual salary: $349,180 . "The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician's experience, training, and qualifications"
Other Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus-all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
