Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license and current malpractice insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to perform a variety of dental procedures with precision and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
  • Familiarity with dental software and electronic health record systems.
