SIGNING BONUS - JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Installation - Controls

ENERGY SERVICES OF COLORADO

OBJECTIVE: To provide installation services to our customers to include projects and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install systems as per Engineered drawings provided and as directed by Project Manager
• Coordinate with engineering and the PM for required changes and discrepancies
• Provide the PM with red line drawings at the completion of each project
• Provide service response as required
• Providing own personal tools

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary of $25 to $35 per hour
• Accrual of one day vacation for each month worked to a maximum of 10 days per year. To be increased by one day with each subsequent year until 15 days per year are accrued
• Health insurance is provided with 20% being paid by the employee. Costs of family medical coverage is borne by the employee
• Access to 401K for personal contributions. Company matches up to 4% of Salary.
• Dental insurance paid by the company. Family coverage paid by employee
• Vision insurance available
• Cell phone provided

REPORTS TO:

• Project Manager

Please Note:

• Mileage at $.65 per mile will be paid for miles driven not attributed to going to the job site and returning home. As the job and abilities progress, a company vehicle or auto allowance will be made available.
• If it becomes necessary to have a Laptop Computer, ESCO will provide one for your use.
• If significant progress is made, after hours on call may be required.
• Reviews at 6 months from hire date and one year. After that, they become annual.
