Job Description Comp Range: $90k-$120k We are a partnered with a leading Fire Protection Contractor in the Region who specializes in the design, installation, and service of fire sprinkler and alarm systems for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and client service, they are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Designer to join their growing design team. Sprinkler Designer Key Responsibilities: Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD and/or Revit in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations Prepare detailed shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material submittals Review architectural and MEP drawings to coordinate sprinkler system layouts Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs Submit and track plan approvals with AHJs and building departments Maintain organized project documentation throughout the design and permitting process Sprinkler Designer Qualifications: NICET Level III certification in Water-Based Systems Layout (required) 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Hydratec, Revit, or similar design software Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, building codes, and fire protection system components Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with BIM coordination is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience and certifications) Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements Continuing education and NICET renewal support Opportunities for growth within a national fire protection company Potential to work remotely Apply online or submit your resume to @gogpac.com for more information on this or any other opportunities you may have an interest in.
