Experienced registered nurse will plan and deliver specialized hematology-oncology clinic care, following state regulations and institutional clinical standards. Role includes patient pre-admission screening, intra-procedure and recovery care, participation in quality assurance, infection control, and staff development activities, and adherence to certifications (BLS, ACLS) and specialty credentials. Position is full-time, on-site at Swedish First Hill in Seattle with a nursing career track and a stated pay range.

Under the supervision of the department Supervisor or Manager, plans, directs and delivers high quality comprehensive nursing care in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards. Follows professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols.
Integrates nursing process in carrying out effective patient care and leadership roles. Utilizes a collegial and systematic approach to nursing practice. Ensures efficiency through active participation of quality assurance, process improvement, infection control and staff development program initiatives and oversight. Adheres to state regulatory and compliance guidelines. Provides specialized care in an assigned specialty department, utilizes critical thinking skills, experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competency in patient pre-admission screenings, preadmit, intra-procedure and recovery of patients.
