We are seeking a  detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with field and office teams to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Review and track project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support cost estimating, budget tracking, change orders, and resource allocation
  • Maintain organized project documentation including schedules, budgets, progress reports, meeting minutes, and logs
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or conflicts and assist in developing solutions to keep projects moving forward
  • Utilize construction management software to track schedules, costs, and project progress

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related construction role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with field and office teams
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) is preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and budgets
