Rise Commercial is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent specializing in retail and industrial properties throughout Los Angeles .

In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with commercial property owners who have vacant restaurant, retail, and industrial spaces ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. Typical transactions yield gross commissions between $30,000 and $150,000 .

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required – training is provided.
• Must hold or be actively pursuing a California Real Estate License .
• Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to work in person (this is not a remote position).

Compensation:

• Commission-only structure with substantial earning potential.
