\nRadiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
\n• Work in 5-room interventional radiology department
\n• Weekend call required (on average, every 6th weekend)
\n• Weekday call from 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM (approximately 4 weekdays per month)
\n• 40 hours of orientation required
\n• Must have 2 years of experience in specialty
\n• First-time travelers not accepted
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Must live over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT
\n• Preferred certifications: ACLS, ARRT VI
\n• Louisiana license or compact license required upon submission
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
\n• Perform various interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, and catheter procedures
\n• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
\n• Maintain sterile technique and equipment setup
\n• Emergency team assignment possible during emergency events with expectation to remain at facility
\n• Strict no call-in policy enforced
