**Job Title: Structural Welder** **Job Description** Join a family-owned custom weld shop that specializes in large structural work and unique projects for local clients. You will be working independently on diverse tasks, using blueprints, and weld symbols. The role primarily involves MIG and Flux-Core welding structural steel materials, with the possibility of working with others. Steel thickness varies from 1/4" to several inches. On occasion, TIG projects could surface as well, so willingness to complete these projects is a bonus. **Hours** + 6:00AM to 4:00PM ; Monday - Thursday + OT on Friday **Pay** + $24.00 to $30.00+/hr based on experience **Essential Skills** + 1-2+ years of welding experience with MIG and Flux-Core process preferred + 1 year of welding or technical welding degree required + Proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols. + Strong skills in MIG and Flux core welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that has recently expanded by acquiring another shop.
