Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a customer service mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: Up to $29 per hour
What's the Job?
Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates.
Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and manage expense report forms.
Support recruiters by inputting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Initiate and monitor background checks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
2-4 years of professional work experience in an administrative or coordination capacity.
Ability to work under pressure to meet hiring deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
Excellent people skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
