Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and polished Sr. Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful execution of customer onboarding and product integration in our most strategic and enterprise accounts, from initiation through closure. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Sr. Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. The role involves applying Agile methodologies, managing project risks, and facilitating effective communication across teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project roadmaps outlining key objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are planned and executed efficiently.
• Set up and manage project tracking tools to monitor progress, tasks, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status.
• Define and assign roles and responsibilities for each team member (e.g. Solution Architects and Client Value Advisor etc.).
• Ensure that the project team is aligned and focused on achieving project goals.
• Develop and maintain internal communication protocols, including reporting structure, meeting cadence, and status updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and leadership.
• Identify potential risks early in the project and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as a problem solver, managing project risks and addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.
• Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban for iterative development, sprints, and regular reviews.
• Ensure continuous improvement through Agile retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms.
• Organize project kickoff meetings, identify key stakeholders, and gather detailed project requirements.
• Align project scope with client expectations and business objectives.
• Define project phases, create detailed project schedules, and establish milestones for tracking progress.
• Coordinate with all teams to ensure that timelines and milestones are met.
• Oversee the day-to-day progress of the project, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Conduct final project reviews, documenting lessons learned and ensuring that outcomes are recorded and shared.
• Lead project handoff to the operations team for ongoing support and ensure smooth transition.
• Work closely with a Solution Architect to configure the Elementum platform to meet specific client needs.
• Ensure platform configurations align with client expectations and project requirements.

• Resource Efficiency: Demonstrate efficient allocation and utilization of resources to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
• Experience leading implementations of ServiceNow, Workday or Salesforce is a big plus.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
