Caring Senior Service is seeking a driven, purpose-led Agency Director to launch, lead, and grow a start-up home care agency. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants more than a title—someone ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, caregivers, and the community.

Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction to ensure alignment with Caring Senior Service's mission and values
Lead day-to-day operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, scheduling, and compliance
Drive business growth through marketing, sales, and relationship-building with referral partners and the community
Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue and growth goals
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Establish trust-based relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
Monitor performance metrics and financial reports to improve efficiency and outcomes
Serve as the face of the agency, strengthening Caring Senior Service's reputation in the local market
Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a start-up or growth-focused environment
Knowledge of senior care or home care operations preferred
Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
