As we grow, we're looking for a Screen Printing Specialist to join our production team. If you take pride in detail, love working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses (e.g., M&R, Riley Hopkins, etc.)
• Burn screens, register artwork, and mix inks to match Pantone colors as needed
• Load/unload garments, align prints accurately, and ensure ink coverage meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized print station
• Inspect finished garments for alignment, clarity, and defects
• Work with the production team to meet tight deadlines and daily print quotas
• Assist with reclaiming, coating, and burning screens in the darkroom when needed

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year screen printing preferred (on-the-job training available for quick learners)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks without losing focus
• Basic understanding of inks, mesh counts, and press registration
• Physically able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle heat from dryers
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business
• Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Valued)

• Experience with simulated process or 4-color process printing
• Familiarity with screen printing software or RIP systems
• Knowledge of embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, or sublimation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
