Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist is needed onsite to provide support across four elementary schools during the Extended School Year (ESY) period in Warren, MI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with an intern, providing essential guidance and expertise to enhance student outes and support special education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support and mentor a psychology intern throughout the ESY assignment
  • Participate in student intervention planning and behavioral support
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or certification
  • Experience working within elementary school settings
  • Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively and municate effectively with diverse teams
  • Availability for full-time onsite work during the ESY timeframe
