Commercial Property Coordinator
Location: Bothell, WA
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $31.25–$36.06 per hour, plus annual discretionary bonus
Employment Type: Permanent

Position Summary

The Property Management Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to regional leadership and office staff. This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized office environment while supporting daily business operations and team needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to regional leaders, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors by managing front desk operations and providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Coordinate office catering needs, including ordering meals for meetings, events, and celebrations.
• Manage daily distribution of incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare and process outgoing shipments, including FedEx.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of office and conference areas, ensuring meeting spaces are properly equipped and technology functions smoothly.
• Conduct daily assessments of shared spaces—such as conference rooms, huddle rooms, and kitchen areas—to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support the fulfillment of sponsorship commitments with business and community partners as needed.
• Serve as the emergency administrator for the office, maintaining emergency backpacks, checklists, and related resource materials.
• Provide general administrative support to regional team members.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
