Revenue Operations Manager

About Us:

ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for someone who can partner with senior leadership to help drive revenue effectiveness. This includes establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency and automating areas to help drive growth goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work with our customer-facing teams to document and build strong relationships with those departments. Additionally, you’ll aid in producing actionable reporting and analysis to help align initiatives across departments and provide insight into company health.

Your Impact:

  • Establish thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency across our client-facing teams to drive revenue
  • Elevate our core operational processes
  • Assist senior leadership with standardized business reporting and strategic planning
  • Partner with various cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain data quality in HubSpot
  • Create forecasts and build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to easily understand the health of the business, and identify opportunities and create strategies to help them hit their goals
  • Provide hands-on support to teams by providing help with ad hoc projects and reporting from various internal systems.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years experience in revenue operations in SAAS
    • Proven ability to utilize data insights to drive decision-making
  • Tech-Savvy:
    • You're a Hubspot expertise
    • Hold a RevOps Hubspot certification
    • Possess stellar analytical skills
    • Experience with QuotaPath preferred
  • Personality traits:

Logistics:
