POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The QA Manager will oversee QA team and strategy, ensuring comprehensive testing plans that guarantee functionality, performance, information security and alignment with project quality objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors of Science in relevant field, Computer Science, Business, Engineering
- 6+ years of experience of QA
- Extensive experience in large scale design and implementation projects
- Masters in relevant field (desired)
CERTIFICATIONS:
- ISTQB Advanced Level, Six Sigma or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and procedures
- Manage QA resources and testing timelines
- Ensure test coverages for peak usage, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Establish and monitor automated and manual testing pipelines
- Collaborate with developers and analysts for issue resolution and release readiness
- Provide senior technical support to QA team on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
SKILLS:
- Proficient working with Load Runner, Cypress, Gherkin, Splunk, Azure DevOps
- Basic knowledge of the SDLC process and the Waterfall development methodology
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure adherence to established project timelines
