Looking for office assistant, cover receptionist when they are out, back office help, help accounting with invoices, filing, copying, making files, emailing, able to follow direction, we are willing to train in many tasks and software like quickbooks. Hours 8-5 lunch 12-1 M-F. know Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook, compose emails, search internet etc, have good attendance, like to work with others, able to do different tasks. high school, some college, or bachelor's degree.
