If you’ve managed New Jersey residential transactions and enjoy creating structure, clarity, and efficiency in a fast-moving environment, this role is an excellent fit. You’ll handle transactions from pre-list through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for every client and agent involved. What You’ll Do Manage the full contract-to-close process for New Jersey residential transactions Guide deals through attorney review, inspections, appraisal, title, and closing Track key dates, contingencies, and milestones to ensure on‑time closings Collaborate with agents, lenders, attorneys, title partners, inspectors, and clients Maintain organized, compliant transaction files and documentation Use team systems, CRMs, and checklists to streamline workflows Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of real estate transaction coordination or contract-to-close experience (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of New Jersey real estate processes and requirements Experience with real estate CRMs and digital transaction management systems Detail‑oriented, organized, and dependable Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, systems‑driven environment Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Hybrid remote position (Morristown, NJ) 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Align Real Estate Solutions
