Role Purpose Statement

The Materials Clerk will ensure the accurate receipt of incoming merchandise by checking against purchase orders and supporting the department in maintaining par levels of all product.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist with end of month inventory process; enter inventory counts into SAP or required system
• Perform same day goods receipts in SAP and run daily report to confirm all are completed
• Process accounts payable in SAP within four day requirement
• Perform same day goods issues in SAP
• Assist the Materials department on other projects as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum one year materials and/or clerical experience required
• SAP MM experience required
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be able to perform in a high stress environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
