About the Role
We are seeking a Market Research Specialist to support a leading company in the powersports and consumer products industry. This role focuses on survey-based research and insights, leveraging advanced tools to understand customer behavior and satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze surveys that inform strategic decisions. Job Description
As a Market Research Specialist, you will:

• Execute research projects using Qualtrics, including survey programming, deployment, and dashboard creation.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to communicate findings clearly.
• Manage owner communities, including panel and incentive management.
• Serve as the team’s subject matter expert on survey tools and processes.
• Support customer experience programs by assisting with survey execution and dashboard access.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics for survey execution (or similar platform with ability to learn quickly).
• Proven ability to manage the full survey lifecycle: programming, data assessment, and reporting.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in survey-based research (open to candidates with more extensive experience).
• Familiarity with customer satisfaction and consumer insights programs.
• Experience creating dashboards and process documentation.
