Cabinet Maker & Final Assembly Specialist

What You'll Do

• Craft and assemble complex millwork projects including kitchens, bars, credenzas, and feature walls.
• Interpret shop drawings and blueprints to fabricate components with precision.
• Uphold our reputation for ultra high-end product quality.
• Collaborate with a talented team while also working independently to meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art woodshop machinery.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on cabinet making experience.
• Expertise in solid woods and engineered materials.
• Mastery of cabinet construction and wood joinery techniques.
• Proficiency with shop equipment (sliding table saws, edge-banders, shapers, wide-belt sanders).
• Skilled with handheld power tools (routers, drill/drivers, track saws).
• Ability to read and execute technical drawings with accuracy.
• Sharp eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety.

Bonus Skills: Installation experience, hand tool expertise, or metalwork knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr. Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, referral program, vision insurance.
