We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Law Firm Receptionist to join our esteemed legal team. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with client intake processes, including gathering necessary information and completing paperwork.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal ethics and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18-20 per hour
