We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Assistant to join our Dallas office team. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure each customer receives prompt and helpful service. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests accurately and efficiently
• Document call details and maintain accurate records in our system
• Route calls to appropriate departments as needed
• Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software preferred
• Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to excellent service
