Now Hiring: High Reach Receiver / Dock Worker - 3rd Shift

Locations: Leola, PA & Middletown, PA
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50/hour (based on experience)

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a High Reach Receiver / Dock Worker . Whether you're experienced with forklifts or just solid on your feet, this is your chance to grow with a company that values stability, training, and internal promotion.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Sort and break down freight by item type and expiration codes
• Log inventory using RF scanners to ensure real-time tracking
• Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date receiving records
• Support inventory counts and assist with general warehouse upkeep
• Unload freight using equipment (Docker/Pacer forklift experience is a plus)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or dock work experience preferred
• Comfortable using RF scanners or digital inventory systems
• Great attention to detail - accuracy matters here
• Able to lift, move, and organize items in a high-energy setting
• Bonus: Experience operating Docker or Pacer forklifts
