Job Description
Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional experienced with Epic software (billing/accounts receivable side) to support healthcare revenue operations. This is not an IT position—ideal for someone who has worked hands-on in Epic for billing, collections, or AR tasks.
Key Duties:
Use Epic to manage medical billing and AR processes
Support healthcare program operations and budgeting
Provide guidance to staff on Epic system use
Track program expenditures and support audits
Assist with compliance, reporting, and billing policy updates
Requirements:
Experience using Epic software in a billing or revenue cycle role
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in healthcare, business, or related field)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Background in mental or behavioral health preferred
Work Arrangement:
Remote role open to candidates located in Ohio Indiana, Arkansas and South Carolina; in-office preferred if local.
