Our client, a leading snack food distribution center, is seeking forklift operator to join their team. As a material handler, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting logistics. The ideal candidates will have self-motivation, positive attitudes, and team working skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $20.87 Shift: Weekend Night Shift with overtime (Could work up to 5 or 6 days a week) What's the Job? Load and unload trailers with finished products, ensuring proper distribution to centers, bins, and distributors. Follow load sheets to determine quantities and destinations of products. Unload inbound trailers with purchased products and properly store them in inventory. Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) to move materials within the warehouse. Perform quality control and food safety tasks as part of daily responsibilities. What's Needed? Proven experience operating forklifts, including stand-up and sit-down models. Ability to read and follow load sheets for accurate product loading and unloading. Strong attention to detail to maintain product integrity and inventory accuracy. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to meet operational demands. What’s in it for me?
