Role Summary

FP&A at Coinbase isn't your typical finance rolewe're strategic partners deeply embedded within the business. We directly collaborate with leaders across every level and function, providing the critical insights that shape our company's most important decisions. Our team thrives on autonomy, taking ownership to build new processes and analyses that drive real business outcomes. Working in our remotefirst environment, you'll join a highperforming team that's helping to build the future global financial system. The Core FP&A team is part of the broader FP&A team, providing CFOlevel partnership and guidance to critical support functions across the business, including the People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance teams.

What youll be doing

• Act as a key leader within the finance organization, responsible for the financial health of multiple major functional areas.

• Partner directly with 3+ Clevel executives and their leadership teams, shaping companywide resource allocation, investment strategy, and longterm financial planning.

• Drive the vision and execution for how Finance partners with the business, identifying and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.

• Represent Finance in critical crossfunctional leadership forums, driving alignment on key strategic and financial priorities.

What we look for in you

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a combination of these roles with investment banking experience.

• At least 2 years of people management experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with crossfunctional teams.

• Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to executive leadership, with a track record of influencing companylevel strategy and decisions.

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to shape and influence executive decisionmaking and longterm financial strategy.

• Selfstarter who is intellectually curious and dives into the details.

Nice to haves

• Experience in crypto or in the fintech space.

• SQL, R or other advanced analytical skills.

Pay Transparency Notice

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $201,365 to $236,900 USD, plus target bonus, target equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Benefits and Compensation

$201,365$236,900 USD. Fulltime offers include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits.
