Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Field Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of the execution and operational delivery of field marketing programs. This role goes beyond support-you will be the execution engine behind live and digital marketing experiences that drive pipeline growth and brand visibility across Mexico and startup-focused markets .

You will partner closely with Field Marketing Managers on strategy while independently managing logistics, execution, and post-program follow-through. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Program Ownership
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, sponsorships, and large-scale events

  • Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through post-event reporting

  • Manage vendors, venues, production logistics, and serve as the primary execution contact

  • Ensure programs meet or exceed registration, attendance, and pipeline goals

Content Localization
  • Review and manage localization of marketing content from English to Spanish

  • Ensure accuracy and quality across eBooks, registration pages, email campaigns, and website copy

Sales Enablement & Activation
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including landing pages, email templates, social copy, and internal communications

  • Ensure sales teams are informed, prepared, and aligned with marketing initiatives

Operational Excellence
  • Manage procurement processes, open purchase orders, track budgets, and reconcile expenses

  • Build and maintain event playbooks to document processes and improve scalability

  • Identify opportunities for optimization to ensure repeatable and high-performing programs

Required Qualifications
  • 1 3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event management with hands-on execution ownership

  • Fluent in Spanish (required)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex logistics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects to completion

  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and to Mexico (2 3 times per year, Mexico City)
