Our client is a renowned global law firm with an outstanding opportunity to take your career to incredible heights. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high powered C-Level executive in their San Francisco office.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate scheduling of Executive’s professional and client meetings, managing calendars and appointment priorities.
• Manage all correspondence (mail/email) directed to Executive; prioritize, respond appropriately, and route communications effectively.
• Prepare confidential reports, perform research tasks, draft correspondence, and manage the flow of Executive’s electronic communications.
• Arrange Executive’s travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary details.
• Organize meeting logistics, prepare relevant materials, and ensure timely distribution of agendas and documentation.
• Support client-related administrative functions, including handling conflicts checks, expense reporting, timekeeping, CLE compliance, licensing, and engagement documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting executive-level roles as an Executive Assistant.
• 10+ years administrative experience in professional services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and related firm applications.
• Availability for overtime and flexible in-office schedule (4 days/week, 5th day as needed by Executive).
• Excellent communication, proofreading, confidentiality, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Salary: Up to 150K, can be flexible based on experience.
