Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrolled Agent (E.A.)/Junior CPA to join our dynamic tax advisory team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in public accounting and corporate accounting, with experience in tax preparation, tax planning, tax strategy and financial reporting.

This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software, along with the ability to interpret financial reports and perform account reconciliations. The Enrolled Agent (E.A.)/Junior CPA will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and accounting services to our clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning and strategies.
• Reconciling accounts and analyzing budgets.
• Aiding in tax preparation, filing and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide tax planning and preparation services for individuals and businesses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Experience

• E.A. or CPA designation.
• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Experience with account reconciliation and financial report interpretation.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
