About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to manage and update organizational data. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and reliable information for internal use and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry : Input, update, and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
• Data Verification : Review and cross-check data for errors, ensuring completeness and compliance with company standards.
• Document Management : Organize, scan, and file digital and physical documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Reporting : Generate reports and data summaries as requested by supervisors or team leads.
• Administrative Support : Assist with general office tasks related to data management and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management software.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
