Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be a key face of our nonprofit and purpose-driven campaigns. You’ll engage with the public at live events, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, delivering exceptional customer service and helping raise awareness for meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and promotional locations.

• Greet attendees, answer questions, and clearly communicate campaign goals.

• Assist with event setup, registration, teardown, and materials distribution .

• Engage with the community to promote awareness and encourage participation.

• Provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced event settings.

• Document guest interactions and share event feedback with the team.
