Coverage Details:

• Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc):  4 tens a week
• Frequency of any Call needed:  Home call once a week. 
• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 7am to 5pm 4 days a week.

Work Details: 
Support staff:  One Anesthesia tech

• Department Description:  6
• Patient Volume: 200 a week
• Patient Age Group: 15-100
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
• Special Procedures/Unit Details:  BREAD AND BUTTER, daily mix of general, obgyn, ENT, ortho
• Special Equipment Used: ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENT

Requirements: 

• Are Board Certifications Req’d?:  NBCRNA
• Which State License(s) Req’d?: SC
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS/ACLS
• Specific Skills Req’d?:  ANESTHESIA
• CSR Req’d?: Y
• DEA Req’d?: Y
• Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years):1 YEAR
• Are vaccines mandatory?: YES
• Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: 
• Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days (sooner with clean files)
• Are you willing To License?: No
• Is IMLC Accepted?: No
