Job Details

• 40hr days with variable start times, 4x10hr shifts.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.

Job Requirements

• Must have a professional nursing license valid in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted).
• Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• Completion of MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required before onboarding.
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
• MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing score within 365 days required.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions.
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• Education verification required through background check company.
• Social Security Number trace required with criminal check.
• National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• Exclusion checks required within 30 days of start and annually.

Schedule Information

• 40 hours per week, day shifts with variable start times.
• Schedule consists of 4 shifts of 10 hours each.

Additional Details

• MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional credentials.
• License/Certificate Verification is optional for submission but required for onboarding.
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred but optional.
• Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
• MGB TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD, updated annually.
