Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Owner at Lock Champions, located in St Paul, MN. The Company Owner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of locksmiths, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. Tasks will include coordinating schedules, handling client inquiries, managing business finances, and promoting the company’s services. The Company Owner will also be involved in strategic planning and growth initiatives to expand the company's market presence and service offerings.
