Job Description
Position Summary:
The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating client care with the clinical and medical teams. They are the point person for all client care and the backbone to client support. Case Managers communicate with family or recovery support systems, provide technical support, process drug screenings, and help the client fulfill their individual treatment plan. This position requires empathy, good communication, addiction treatment experience and strong technological skills. They also contribute to aftercare planning and attend regular supervision sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly case management session with clients
- Conduct client intakes, paperwork
- Coordinate client care with all internal teams and external resources (i.e. probation, school systems, family members, referral sources, etc…)
- Help teach clients to navigate technology used to conduct services
- Conduct drug screening
- Learn about and maintain policies and procedures relating to position
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Preferred certification or licensure relating to recovery coaching
- Have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience working in addiction treatment

-Remote only position
-$18-$22 per hour. Room to grow into salary role.
