Job Summary •Develop and deliver instructional materials aligned with CTE culinary arts curriculum standards.
•Instruct adult learners in fundamental and advanced culinary techniques, food safety, nutrition, and menu planning.
•Demonstrate proper use of kitchen equipment and tools, emphasizing safety protocols.
•Plan lessons that incorporate hands-on cooking, demonstrations, lectures, and other instructional methods to cater to diverse adult learner needs.
•Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including mentoring and advising on career pathways in culinary arts.
•Maintain a safe and organized learning environment in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to culinary arts education.
Requirements / Qualifications Credential requirements are as follows:
California Teaching Credential in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or willingness to obtain one.

Comments and Other Information Health Benefits: $613.43/month @ 18 hours or more worked per week.
