Job Title: Assistant to the VP of Marketing & Social Strategist

Location: Hybrid – must be within driving distance of Jackson Milton, OH

Start Date: Mid to late May

Duration: Through August, with the potential to extend or transition to full-time

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

DuraSilk LTD — a fast-growing luxury salon apparel brand — is expanding our marketing team! We’re seeking a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for content creation and digital strategy. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and brand development, working directly with our VP of Marketing.

• Create, film, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Assist in planning and scheduling content across all platforms
• Participate in video shoots and help coordinate content creation days in local salons
• Support product launches, influencer campaigns, and broader brand strategy
• Provide day-to-day administrative and creative support to the VP of Marketing

• Must be located near Jackson Milton, OH (for local filming and occasional in-person meetings)
• Confident on camera and comfortable helping to direct content
• Familiar with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in the salon industry is a plus, but not required

15–40 hours/week depending on project needs (mix of remote work and in-person filming)
