Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and organized, with a strong motivation to advance in the accounting field. Experience in accounts receivable is beneficial but not required—we provide training for ambitious learners.

Key responsibilities include:
The primary duties of the Accounts Receivable Assistant include accurately processing accounting transactions, preparing and submitting invoices, and monitoring project milestones to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, this role involves performing account reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing procedures. The assistant will also provide exemplary customer service and administrative support to clients, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the accounts receivable department. Additionally, performed other related duties as assigned.
