Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant with deep expertise in driving large-scale enterprise change initiatives, primarily supporting Workday HCM teams and also collaborating across Workday SCM and Finance implementations. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization from a Workday deployment that will impact 30,000+ end users.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in organizational change management (OCM) using Prosci and the ADKAR model, and has previously supported enterprise-level Workday implementations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to develop and execute change strategies that minimize disruption, increase engagement, and accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for Workday HCM, with additional support across SCM and Finance modules.
  • Apply Prosci methodologies and the ADKAR model to assess change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks.
  • Develop and execute tailored change plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, and resistance management.
  • Collaborate with project teams, functional leads, and executive sponsors to ensure alignment on change objectives and messaging.
  • Partner with Training teams to define training needs, develop materials, and coordinate delivery to a diverse end-user population of 30,000+.
  • Create clear and compelling communications across multiple channels to support awareness, understanding, and adoption.
  • Establish change metrics and KPIs to measure readiness, adoption, and effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational change best practices, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prosci Change Management certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years supporting Workday implementations (HCM required; SCM and Finance a plus).
  • Proven track record in managing change for large enterprise systems (30,000+ users) in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable training, communications, and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a global organization with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Familiarity with Workday change impacts across core HCM, talent, compensation, benefits, SCM, and finance functions.
  • Background in HR or ERP transformation programs.
