We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer for residential windows and doors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the field installing windows, sliding patio doors, and Entry Doors. Experience leading a team is a plus. You must be able to show quality craftsmanship for interior trim work and be able to operate a Tapco Brake (or equivalent) for exterior work when needed. Also, must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and pass a background check. Work truck provided after approval to run a crew effectively. All tools needed for the job are provided as well.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation projects from start to finish
• Maintain a productive and positive work environment for your team.
• Install Windows and Doors according to specifications
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Conduct quality checks post-installation
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Skills:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Familiarity with construction site operations
• Maintenance Person skills for various installation tasks

Candidates will need the skills to be able to remove current windows and doors in an orderly way. Have the knowledge to prepare the opening for a new window and have the ability to set a new window or door appropriately. The position involves finish carpentry on the interior of homes in regards to applying extension jambs and finished casing. Exterior work required is the ability to bend metal on a brake, use mitre/table saws to cut and apply exterior trim, and run clean caulk beads. The opportunity for a company vehicle is available when the ability to be a lead installer is demonstrated for an appropriate period of time
