What Youll Do

• Audit and analyze client financial data, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct market and industry research to support investment recommendations and publications
• Support investment advisers with client meetings, follow-up, and account oversight
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on special projects and process improvements

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or law (or related field)
• Completion of CFA Level I or higher
• Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to commute to North Stamford regularly

Preferred

• Experience in research, data analysis, or financial modeling (internships welcome)
• Interest in continuing through the CFA Program or pursuing the CFP designation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on experience (Range: $40,000 - 45,000)
