Ferguson, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $15- $18.00

Shift: Days 8-5

What's the Job?

• Assist with order picking and pallet stacking (team lifting required)
• Perform general warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs with team assistance
• Active participation in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attendance and performance record
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
