Job Title: Warehouse Specialist Guru – Inventory, Shipping & Receiving
Location: Garland Texas
Pay Range: $20 - $25 / hour
Schedule: Full-time

The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Specialist Guru who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for all things inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow. This is more than just moving boxes—it's about understanding how materials power production, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do:
Own all aspects of inventory: track stock levels, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Receive incoming shipments: unload, inspect, verify against packing slips, and properly store materials.
Manage outbound shipments: carefully package orders, process batch shipments using FedEx and UPS software, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain and streamline the flow of goods throughout the facility—making sure materials are where they need to be for production.
Partner with purchasing and production to forecast material needs and avoid bottlenecks.
Organize and maintain a clean, logical warehouse layout to support easy access and smooth operations.
Track and replenish packaging supplies and shipping materials.
Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience, especially in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience processing batch shipments via FedEx and UPS shipping platforms.
A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership—you keep things running tight.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software (or a quick learner if not).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certifications are a plus).
Clear communicator and team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
