Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Data Entry/ Data Wiping Technician to join our dynamic team at our Atlanta-based production warehouse facility. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited to be part of a company focused on sustainable practices, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately capture and input all relevant device information into our inventory management system. This may involve locating serial numbers and manufacturers on computers, and possibly removing hardware components.
Use specialized software to perform data wiping on client equipment, ensuring complete data sanitization.
Sort and route assets based on technical specifications, physical condition, and internal components.
Understand and meet the specific requirements and deadlines of each client, managing workloads to ensure efficiency.
Follow strict data destruction procedures and regulatory requirements when handling data-bearing assets.
Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve technical skills.
What We're Looking For:

Basic knowledge of various office and enterprise-grade IT equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment when prioritizing tasks and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Ability to stand for most of your shift and lift heavy equipment when needed.
Proficiency in GSuite tools.
2+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus.
