Pay: $15.50/hour
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 5:00AM-3:30PM
Location: 100 Ikea Way, Perryville, MD 21903
Monthly bonus of $150.00 for perfect attendance.


Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Recovery Associate to join our Customer Fulfillment Center team. This role focuses on supporting IKEA's sustainability goals by giving products a second chance, minimizing costs, and maintaining product quality.

Job Description

• Respond to identified damages in ways that create value, minimize costs, and sustain quality.
• Verify detected product damages and support operational efforts.
• Safely operate machinery, tools, and equipment related to product recovery.
• Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in assigned recovery areas.
• Complete all recovery actions in accordance with IKEA Standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture that embraces diversity and collaboration.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Steel-Toed Footwear Requirement:
All employees assigned to IKEA who handle equipment or materials are required to wear steel-toed footwear that meets OSHA safety standards (ASTM 2413-11 or ASTM 2413-18).
Eligible employees may request reimbursement for one (1) pair of steel-toed footwear per calendar year, up to a maximum of $35.00, after completing 40 hours of work on assignment.
