Start Date: June 8 2026

End Date: August 14 2026

Location: Conshohocken PA

• Create user experiences that are optimized for delivery across multiple platforms
• Help define product requirements by collaborative brainstorming and high-level prototyping with partner teams
• Contribute to design initiatives focused on understanding user needs and translating these into product strategies and experiences
• Assist in building and testing ideas that challenge the status quo and deliver high quality user experiences that raise the bar in terms of innovation simplicity and consistency
• Ability to translate complex business requirements and user needs into workflows wireframes and intuitive user experiences that are technically feasible
• Ability to collaborate with other Design and Product squad members including researchers designers product owners product specialists and engineers and drive design through influence
• Contribute to the overall advancement and improvement of processes introducing and documenting new additions as necessary
• Ability or willingness to learn to translate designs into HTML and CSS is a plus

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree

Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future

Minimum Skills:

• Highly motivated self-starter
• Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
• Effective coaching facilitation presentation and team building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
• Flexibility for relocation will allow for greater advancement opportunities
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
